With more than seven years of public accounting experience, and a depth of knowledge that goes far beyond audit and tax services, Amanda serves as a strategic partner to her clients.

Throughout her career Amanda has faced myriad of challenges requiring creative solutions. Whether it is developing metrics to monitor financial/programmatic growth, creating financial forecasts, or assisting with implementing control structures to promote strong fiduciary practices, Amanda’s solutions are tailored to her partners’ specific needs.

Amanda has extensive experience in providing guidance related to the complex rules and regulations required for an organization to remain in compliance with Uniform Guidance/Single Audit and Government Auditing Standards.

By providing training to various nonprofit organizations and associations, Amanda has the ability to put her arsenal of technical knowledge on display. Organizations that she has provided training solutions for include the Boston Bar Association, the Greater Worcester Community Foundation, and The Lawyers ClearingHouse.

Ally Graham, CPA

Ally has more than five years of public accounting experience, working closely with nonprofit organizations to assist with assurance, tax, and financial reporting services.  Throughout her career, Ally has established a track record of flexible problem solving and analytical insight that has proven to yield positive outcomes for her clients.

Ally enjoys utilizing her extensive assurance background to assist her clients with preparing for their annual audit.  This preparation includes but is not limited to accurately reflecting their books and records, advising on complex technical accounting transactions, and conducting assessments of their internal control structures.  She also assists her clients with a broad spectrum of projects, ranging from expanding on their current internal control structures, to bridging the gap between the finance and operational functions. 

Ally has extensive experience in providing guidance related to the complex rules and regulations required for an organization to remain in compliance with Uniform Guidance/Single Audit and Government Auditing Standards.

As a member of her previous firm’s Women’s Opportunity Network (WON) and serving as an internal trainer on numerous topics affecting nonprofit organizations, Ally has demonstrated her ability to engage and connect at an organizational level.

Brendan Lawrence, MSA

Brendan has more than six years of public accounting experience, where he specialized in providing assurance, tax and various forms of consulting services to his nonprofit clients. His experience allows him to serve as an advisor to his clients on matters such as financial and operating performance. 

His broad range of experience with nonprofit organizations includes clients serving in the affordable housing, economic development, and social service industries. Brendan is a proactive thought leader in areas such as financial reporting, Federal and state regulatory compliance, risk management, and operational control/process implementation.

Brendan’s proactive guidance on regulatory matters associated with Federal and state funding sources, including requirements associated with the Uniform Financial Report, Uniform Guidance/Single Audit, and Government Auditing Standards has resulted in favorable outcomes for a countless number of his clients.

Serving as a member of his previous firm’s Accounting and Auditing Nonprofit Subcommittee, Brendan demonstrated his leadership in the nonprofit industry to ensure the firm’s training and auditing policies were reflective of the most current guidance applicable to nonprofit organizations. He also served as an internal trainer on topics specifically relating to the intricacies of nonprofit organizations.
